Located in a peaceful village, this cottage, renovated in 2016 and adjoining the owners' house, allows you to combine the pleasures of the sea with the charm of the Briéronne (10 min) and Breton (15 min) countryside. It features a terrace and a 450 m² enclosed garden with a swing set and a pétanque court.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (pellet stove), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined), shower room and separate WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 3 single beds 90x200 cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined), shower room and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, stereo, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: electricity, pellet heating, bed linen.

Gîte très agréable
Le gîte correspond tout à fait aux photos, propriétaire charmant , merci pour les gourmandises succulentes qui nous ont permis de découvrir le magasin D’Herbignac.Dans la maison tout le nécessaire est bien pensé.La literie est de bonne qualité ,les lits faits en arrivant ,quel bonheur. Belle région, la plage est à 10mn en voiture.Après avoir passé une semaine avec mes 2 petits-enfants ainsi que mes 2 petites nièces ,nous sommes repartis ravi.Je recommande le gîte à 100%
