We stay only 2 days, however help coming from management was exceptional by supply with WiFi password before hand in order to gain access to the room upon late arrival. Room was very modern and clean. Kitchen facility well equipped and small bottle of raki was very nice welcome touch. Facility are little harder to find for people unfamiliar with the city and google maps and my GPS had problem with finding the place. Other then small issue our stay was super pleasant and very comfortable.

Modern, clean and friendly apartments

I really loved my stay at B&K Rooms. So much so, I went back a second time. The apartments are modern, super clean and quiet, and have nice balconies. I really appreciated having laundry facilities on-site, so I didn't have to schlep into town with my things. Also, the free city bus leaves from outside the nearby shopping centre. And the PIN code check-in is really convenient. Dimitra was so nice, and made me feel so at home, which I really appreciated as a solo female traveller. Would 100% book again! Thank you!

Very modern, clean and comfortable room. Felt like a little apartment with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Dimitra was quick to reply and very accommodating. Lovely to engage with. B&K is close to the city centre, no more than 20 minute walking distance but with parking in busy Heraklion .. perfect! There is also a little mall very close by with a Goody’s, coffee and crepe shop some great clothes shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are visiting.
