Henbury accommodation with parking

Wow - what an amazing hotel! It is very striking as you approach and doesn’t let you down as you enter. The hotel is well maintained and has very striking interiors however there are some signs of aging, but don’t get me wrong - still an amazing hotel and I will be returning! The room I stayed in was a standard double which was very clean, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was enormous and had both a bath and shower. The facilities are very good, I took advantage of the spa - highly recommended! And pool facilities. I particularly liked the single sex sauna, steam room and hot tub area within the changing room. I visited SONA, the Indian restaurant while at the hotel and it was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive and the food was delicious, I’m already planning my next visit. I spent some time in the bar and enjoyed the live music. The breakfast was buffet style and there was a dedicated gluten free station and full allergy signage on the cooked breakfast buffet. There were however lots of opportunities for cross contamination, though I suspect they would have supplied it straight from the kitchen if I had asked. I very much enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning for a longer stay so I can explore more of the activities on offer.

On the positive side, the room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities. I got a good nights sleep. Air conditioning worked well. On the negative side, the room could do with a lick of paint, the carpet was a bit stained and there was a lack of soap in the bathroom (room 610)
