せめてキーコードは送ってほしい

まず最初に、鍵を入手するために番号が必要です。 ただそのメッセージが私には届きませんでした。 ショートメールかなにかで届くようですが、私はそれがなくて大変お腹が痛かったです。 中に人がいたので助けを求めたのですが、フィンランド語でしか対応してもらえず10分ほど途方に暮れていました。 英語が話せる方がやってきてなんとか予約をしているがコードが来ていないことを伝え なんとか鍵を入手することができました。 次に、アパートメントの部屋番号の問題です。 鍵にキーホルダーで番号がありました（予約した部屋番号ではない）が、その番号ではありませんでした。 きちんと予約した部屋番号の鍵でした。 部屋に入ってからですが、wifiがわかりづらく最初はどこにあるのかわかりませんでした。 テレビの下にありました。 最後チェックアウトですが、鍵をどうすればいいのか説明がなかったので部屋のテーブルにおいてきました。 色々説明不足なホテルでした。
