Small improvements would make it perfect
A very nice, well located, clean and quiet place to stay. The apartment we had was a perfect size and everything you need is there.
They do put a lot of effort into communicating how to get into the building and the apartment itself since no one was physically present to check us in (Sunday evening), but there's only so much you can do with messaging. It took us 3 days to figure out that the key also had a fob to help you move through the buildings many locked door-ways. Maybe an old-fashioned printed list of tips could be left in the apartment?
The furnishing are nice, but a few missed details. A well designed place doesn't have the closet doors knocking into the light fixture every time you open it. It seems like the "designer" was adamant about installing a certain fixture and didn't check how close it was installed to the bedroom storage. And why no black-out shades in the bedroom and only in the living room? Who installs a towel warmer so high and above the toilet clear across the room from the other side of the shower? I know, because they bought one that looks good in the niche above the toilet. It's just not useful.
The limited staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. I requested an extra towel and was quickly accommodated.
Overall, it really is a good place to stay in Helsinki. Just a few nit-pick details to make it perfect.
