Bob W Kaarti was a great choice of place to stay in Helsinki. Although there’s no checkin desk, communications were really straightforward over WhatsApp, so when we had any questions, it was quick and easy to get answers. A really big plus about this place is the location- we walked pretty much everywhere- close to the harbour, close to town and close to lots of museums. Also worth noting that the levels of cleanliness were really high - everything was spotless. Plus, the efforts towards being environmentally conscious were another plus point. I think the value was also really good. Great stay - recommended.

There was an issue with our stay but the manager Rebekka went over and above to make it right. The rooms and property is loaded with extras including a stocked laundry room, Polaroid camera with film, high quality tea, just to name a few. It was such a great value and would definitely stay there again!

Rigtig dejligt sted i nærheden af alting. God kommunikation - vores køleskab virkede ikke da vi ankom, men dette blev fikset med det samme vi skrev det. Indtjekning og udtjekning online fungerer rigtig godt og at man ikke skal holde styr på en nøgle, syntes vi også var dejligt. Fedt med polaroid-kameraet - vi har fået mange gode billeder med hjem! Vi kunne helt sikkert godt finde på at vælge Bob W en anden gang

お洒落すぎておもてなし精神も強いホテル！

まずはとにかく部屋がお洒落でした！広くてゆったりでき、冷蔵庫やドライヤーやポットはもちろん、食器類や充電コードも置いてくれていた点がとてもありがたかったです。地下には無料のランドリーがあり、何度も使わせていただきました！無人のホテルでしたが、大きな不自由はなく過ごせました。
