We won’t ever book here or ever book for more then one night. We had booked for 2 night stay feb 20&21/24 We drove from Canada a 2 day drive. I tried emailing through Expedia Feb 20 that we wouldn’t make it that day because of the drive being longer from the traffic. The virtual agent couldn’t understand my message so I called Red Roof inn. There was no answer or answering machine. We tried calling again in the morning Feb 21 again no answer. When we arrived in the evening Feb 21 we were told because we didn’t call Feb 20 they considered us a No Show so they cancelled our 2 days! So after charging the 2 days we could pay again for another night if we wanted?? We didn’t want our money back for they 2 day stay - we just wanted to stay for the night we had previously paid for. We will avoid ever booking a hotel stay at a Red Roof Inn again and that’s our recommendation we will tell our family and friends.

Hotel was fine, staff was very nice - issue was a family nextdoor with a screaming baby very early in the morning. Very thin walls - bring ear plugs.

never again will we book a red roof
this was a valentines trip for me and my husband - the room was clean when we arrived however no one cleans your room both queen beds were broken and the bedding was was either too big or to small for the bed the sheets would not stay on the bed, the reason we were told was due to covid no one cleans the rooms - however i have stated in many hotels and motels even have a family member that works for wyndem and this has never been the case - i am awear this is a pet friendly hotel however dogs barking all hrs and people being load all hrs of the night - so the 1st night to say the lest was off to a rocky start - we work up expecting okay we will go down for breakfast and start our day - the young lady that was there on Saturday Moring was rude and didn't speck - the bread and bagels no one even had the placed out so people were putting there hand inside the bags - gross and then there was no Sigle butter there was one stick placed out on the counter with a single knife in it and it was covered in toast crumbs again gross - there was no juice or milk or even water to drink - i just find it crazy that a bed cant be made due to covid and room cant be cleaned due to covid - when there is no one in there - but the standards of the breakfast was total the opposite - pure disgusting - the hotel worker was coughing and touch everything and expected us to just use the Sigle butter - this was our first time at Helen and at a red roof - and never again will i ever stay here
