The lodge was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. It is a tad dated but everything was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Which is important. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

The view of the lake was beautiful! There were multiple common areas to sit and relax. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Plenty of space, including a microwave, mini fridge and sofa. The room is very dated visually but everything is fully functional and accessible.

Room was clean. Room has two doors. One exits to hallway and one to parking lot. Room was on ground floor which worked well for unloading and loading our luggage. We would stay here again.

Cordial & welcoming staff. Great hospitality ! We noticed a friendly vibe among the Lodge’s other Guests too. Clean rooms. Incredible Lake view provided serene environment. Breakfast was properly maintained (no items ran out), coffee was very good & food was decent. Continental breakfast on weekdays, plus eggs, sausage etc on weekend. We walked next door for dinner at Hawg BBQ, which was good & reasonably priced. I look forward to returning to Lake Chatuga Lodge for R&R, & to explore the surrounding area.

Its very old, and the bed linen and towels certainly need updating. It didnt feel as clean as i am personally used to. The staff however, were very friendly and helpful.

staff was friendly welcoming. While the property is dated, the room was clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast choices, maybe some fruit and a hot item choice would be nice. Otherwise it was a nice quiet visit. I would definitely go back again.

The lodge was so peaceful and well maintained, the staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was great! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway and will most definitely be returning as we would love nothing more than to witness every season from the huge windows looking out over the lake!
