Great place to stay in the heart of everything in Helen within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and updated. Overall was a great stay for two nights with family while visiting over the Christmas season. We would definitely stay again. My only complaints are water pressure in shower is too low and it’s hard to get the water temperature just right it’s either scorching hot enough to almost burn you or it’s freezing cold. Bed is too firm. The family staying in the room next-door let the kids run around the hotel at 10:45 PM at night slamming doors consistently but no one seemed to say anything. Coffee in lobby was luke warm had to walk to a nearby coffee shop to get coffee. Continental breakfast was as expected.

Friendly check in, comfortable family sized room, all the necessary amenities, etc. Location is within walking distance to downtown. Would return again. Breakfast was underwhelming but again, for the cost, it was adequate As long as you aren’t expecting a big name brand level of room, it will suit your needs. Biggest “issue” was lack of WiFi reception in our room, but our room was on the far end of the complex so it is what it is.

The room ok. The office kelp bringing up 3rd party checkin, then we tried to extent our stay and hear comes that 3rd party thing again. To extent our stay it was almost double what our stay was because of the 3rd party. Wish we had stayed elsewhere. Had it not been for 3rd party we would have not came. Quality inn made it possible for us to go places I've had it with you. We stay elsewhere from now on. Ive never new it be polite for the office workers to complain about there bookings.
