The location was great. The hotel is undergoing renovations which are needed. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Nice facility, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The beds were excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The only negatives were that the "indoor pool" was outside of the hotel in an enclosed greenhouse type structure, so you froze going from the room to pool and back. Otherwise, no complaints and I would definitely stay at this facility on my next visit to Helen.

Clean, comfortable rooms right in the heart of downtown Helen at a good price. Easy access to everything. Good selection for continental breakfast, and clean dining room. Will stay there again.

The hotel was very cute from the outside (aside from messy construction). The room, however, was not as expected. There were holes in the ceiling, lifted tiles in the bathroom area (incredibly hazardous for injury), and the shower still had garbage in it from the previous occupants. Staff was also not the friendliest or most welcoming. I would recommend others to stay somewhere else
