We only stayed one night, traveling through to a wedding out of state. There was a great variety of breakfast items, the staff were friendly, and everything was clean. Our housekeeper, Julie, left a little note telling us to enjoy our stay - which made the stay feel more personal and our accommodations feel more cared for and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient to the Festhall and walkable to other places in Helen. I mistakenly wrote a review about broken bathroom door and bacon sausage. This was a review of another hotel. This hotel was fine for us. The staff were all nice and had their fun with Halloween decor around the lobby. Thanks to all of you! John

Never tried breakfast-can’t comment. Parking is plentiful. Room was outdated and mold on the shower curtains. Faucet falling off the wall in the shower too. Staff was very friendly. Noticeable exterior damage outside the pool area. Look up!

We were very disappointed with this hotel, specially after deciding to stay at a "chain" where you take certain things for granted like a professional service, and overall good condition of the rooms and general areas. We unfortunaly arrived to a room that probably shouldn't have been offered to any guest with humidity and cracks in the ceiling, dirty walls and rust in the bathroom. The hotel staff was unapologetic about the situation and mentioned "they havent had a chance to make repairs" and didnt even offer to move us to another room, thankfully after talking to Hotels.com customer service they arranged the change. The hotel in general is rundown and staff service is poor, definitely better options out there specially for the price.

This hotel is a great location, walking distance to everything in Helen. The room was average, not dirty but also not immaculately clean. Nice shower, comfy beds. Breakfast was what you would expect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful there. Only downside was the very scattered check in process — it really took an entire 20 minutes to get checked in. The desk staff was very friendly but also very confused. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved the place, the noise above us was bad

Love the place. The hotel is beautiful. Had a nice indoor pool, had a little gym room that was clean very convenient. The only thing that was bad was the noise from the kids in the room up above us. You could hear people walking around and jumping late at night It woke us up early in the morning too when they got up it would be so much better with younger kids lol bottom floor, and adult adults who were by themselves on the top floor

The pool is, of course, small but sufficient for kids to play. Family friendly. Suite was very spacious, but could have used additional seating and lighting in main bedroom. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety
