The room was fine. It was clean and quiet. There are no USB ports in the room so that really need to be updated for this day and age. The breakfast was good and the woman working there is very dedicated to her job!!! There was a piece of metal protruding from one the beds that brused my husband's leg.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We booked a suite ( paid reservation) and upon reaching the hotel with our toddler after driving for 5 hours, we were told that there was no suite available as all the suites were already booked. At one it was suggested that we are free to look for a room elsewhere , imagine our predicament, standing at the reception with a tired and cranky toddler and we literally being asked to leave. The lack of empathy shown was appalling. We were eventually accommodated in a standard room. the rooms themselves were old with dilapidated furniture - will never recommend this place to stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 queen bedroom suite and with us being a family of 5 this room definitely met our needs. Breakfast is included and its not continental! They also have an indoor pool, small gym, and choice of using the stairs or an elevator. Hotel isn't the newest but was very quiet, clean, and staff is super friendly. We especially enjoyed all the christmas decorations the front desk clerk put up! She was so nice and accommodating. Let's not forget the sweetest woman who cooks the breakfast, checks on you while eating, and insists on cleaning up for you. All in all, the best hotel staff I've met. The hotel is a short walk from downtown but it has a few hidden gems right in the area.

Room was in poor condition. It was very dark, needs better lighting. The walls were in terrible need of a paint job. There were stains on the sofa cushions, so bad we were afraid to even sit on it. Elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy luggage down the stair case.
