My husband and I celebrated his birthday in Heidelberg at this hotel. The staff surprised him with a lovely gift and personalized letter at breakfast. They were most kind. We appreciated the staff's hospitality, the clean and comfortable accommodations, and the location on the Nekar River in the city center. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends.

We spent only one night here but it was magical. Hotels.com got us an upgrade to a corner room with a fantastic view of the bridge. Staff were super friendly. Parking... well its a bit a way and not that easy to find. But I don't want to complain because it was all worth it. The Hotel is just steps away from the old town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.
