The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great.

I will definitely rebook my reservation for the Hilton Heidelberg when I return to Heidelberg, Germany. I stayed for my 2024 family Christmas vacation and enjoyed my stay here because of the staff, location and closeness to public transportation. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and always there to accommodate your needs. The breakfast was to die for with all of the options and the service of the staff was great. Be sure to include it in your reservation or pay daily. Charge per room, not per person. You won't regret it. Of course, all of the staff speaks multiple languages. The location is ideal to get to the DB "Deutsche Bahn" train station, Germany's regional and country to country long distance rail service. It is also close to the RNV public transportation system for trams and buses. It has a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many things you will want to see are within walking distance to the hotel. A shuttle is available to and from the Frankfurt Airport. Again, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Heidelberg, Germany. I was truly impressed with my stay. Am Anfang hat die Rezeption meine Frühstückreservierung über Expedia nicht anerkannt. Ich musste mein Beleg zeigen. Der Aufbau der Toiletten ist sehr schlecht. Ich war im Zimmer 355. Es gab gar keine Möglichkeit, um Handtücher zu hängen. Die Dusche war im Raum integriert. Nach dem Duschen war absolut alles Nass. Ich habe bei der Rezeption gefragt, ob jmd es sauber machen kann. Sie haben es bestätigt. Jedoch als ich zurück kam, 5h später, wurde es nicht gemacht. Sehr Schade.
