I can't fault the hotel at all for it's facilities etc. It just wasn't in a nice part of the town, it was close to the main station, walking into Heidelberg takes about 45mins and it's not what I would call a nice walk either!

Convenient hotel by the train station. If you want to get to the castle, it's a bit of a walk or bus ride but we chose to be closer to the trains. You have to request parking in advance or else you won't get it even if the sign above parking says they have spaces (no one took those space while we were there either). They place barriers over their spots so you can't just park anyway. Has air conditioning, free coffee, but breakfast not included for us so we bought elsewhere for cheaper. Laundry on site for a fee (only 2 washers and 2 dryers).

Amazing hotel, comfortable, clean, great location!

Wow, this place was amazing! One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for this rate. I did get a Black Friday deal, but even the room's regular price is decent for what you get – which is basically an entire apartment. Cute kitchenette, comfy bed, nice big bathroom, everything very clean. And the hotel itself is lovely too. A cool lobby and dining area to hang out in, great location right near the train station and Flixbus line. Exactly zero complaints. I will 100% stay here again when I'm back in Heidelberg.
