I was very disappointed when entering the room , after turning on the heat it never came on. Called front desk and was told that maintenance would come and he did, however ot was so cold outside, the heat should have been available immediately as soon as I entered the room!!! the room

When I checked in the clerk said there was a $10/night parking fee. That was not mentioned when I booked the room. The room was nice enough. The receptacle by the bed didn't work so I had to use the light on the wall, that was inconvenient. When housekeeping came in after being gone all day, they left the door ajar instead of closing it. I didn't appreciate that & complained at the front desk & told them I didn't want them in my room. That fell on deaf ears, when I returned later that day housekeeping had indeed been in my room. Other than that, the room was fine, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
