No hot water, function room had an event and was noisy until late and right under the bedrooms, restaurant was booked out for the event, so no food on site. Room was freezing cold. Nice decor and garden, but basic bar area.

Clean, Quiet and Great Breakfast

Great hospitality. Was greeted at check in, quick and easy check in. Really nice and clean room. Breakfast was lovely with good range of choices. Really enjoyed the stay, clean and quiet.
