I enjoyed the comfort of the beds. We didn’t enjoy some of the caked in and on old dirt and debris in corners and the age of the rug could be told in stains and wear. Rough shape of a room.

The hotel met our requirements and the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We arrived around check in time but the room wasn't ready. The lady at reception said she would check, and 40 minutes later still hadn't returned. Another staff member offered us an alternate room which we accepted. Rooms are serviced every other day. Generally seemed clean although kitchen floor felt a bit sticky, and a bit of what appeared to be mould on lounge ceiling. Had guest laundry which was good, small snack and drink bar. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not try it.

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was nice, although I think it could've been a little cleaner. There were some areas where there was visible dust or dirt but overall the room was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable for us too. The breakfast provided was very nice and they had a lot of options. The only other thing I would critique is the furniture. The couch and chair in our room and the furniture available during breakfast were a little more worn than I'd like. I think if I were staying in this area again, I'd come back to this hotel.

The only thing we had an issue with was the front desk during the day. They were in the back a lot. One time we had to go back there because we need extra towels and we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk.

We like with us hotels located I made the reservation for Expedia and a couple of days before we arrived. I modify the reservation to shorten it by one day. Apparently Expedia and hotel didn’t communicate and I got charged with the extra day and I’m told that my cancellation was too late and violated the cancellation policy. Life goes on, but I won’t no longer book hotels through Expedia and will book directly with the hotels.

I booked one night stay, the front desk was professional and got me checked in. The room was ok, I went to take a shower - unfortunately there were no shower gel that was out along with body lotion that was in the room. I went down to the front desk, they sent someone up with what I asked for. I was disappointed how the toiletries were not checked, shower curtain looked raggedy as I understand it's a wear and tear... They could do better especially with the housekeepers. I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, yet this time not really.
