The bathroom has a broken countertop. There is mold in the tiles and on the edge of the ceiling in the toilet area. The top ledge of the shower stall is filthy. The shower water runs out into the floor area making a deep puddle. The drain in the shower doesn’t work so you are standing in several inches of dirty water. There are long term residents who stand right outside the doors smoking. There was angry guys in the parking lot screaming and doing drug deals. The building attached to the hotel is a crazy nutbar church. Kids in resident families running in the halls. It’s very tired. Zero chance I ever stay near it again.

There were ants in our room, and we were treated like it was our fault when we brought it to their attention. The staff was incredibly rude and had not a single lick of customer service.

5 star room for budget friendly customers

Simply amazing. The staff was so flexible and attentive to my needs. I switched to an upgraded room with no problem.The deluxe room with jacuzzi is the way to go, very reasonable price. I was able to relax and enjoy the spa in the privacy of my own room, fabulous. The room was very clean and updated, bed super soft, loved the tv that had apps, everything was perfect. High quality on a budget, will be back!

I especially liked the cleaning staff. They are very accomodating. I had an issue of strong aroma floor cleaner that empowered the room. It was not setting right with my allergies. The cleaning couple were very apologenic and took care of it immediately. The noise issue was the barking of 2 dogs across the hall. That went on for over an hour. Front desk tried to contact the owners, but were unsuccessful. They probably were at the pool. The barking did stop once the guests arrived back to their room.

This place was so nasty. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. Stains in the beds. And my socks turned brown just from walking into the room.
