Everything was good for the most part except the walls were very thin though and we heard the couple in the next room every night “perform the deed” very loudly and it shook the wall and bed headboard and nightstand in our room.

The room was too hot, and there was no option to cool the room since their HVAC is building-controlled, (i.e. no in-room HVAC unit with the option for A/C in "colder" months or heat in "warmer" months). My room was uncomfortable and was always 73 degrees or warmer.

The room was dirty and Hilton said they couldn’t do anything because we paid through Expedia. They themselves saw how bad the room was and admitted this shouldn't have been this bad.
