Customer service was great. Loved the coffee machine with freshly ground beans for each cup. The room appeared dated and had cheap bath products (soap, lotions, shampoos etc). Beds were just ok but felt like I was wrapped and stuck in a cocoon all night due to the sheets and blankets being so tightly tucked. It was just OK. Probably would not choose this stay again. I’ve stayed at many other Holiday Inn Express before that are much nicer.

I booked a room with a king bed but got there and it was 2 queen beds. Tried to verify the price because the paper they had me sign said 500.00 but supposedly that didn't reflect my Vrbo price. Upon check out they told me they couldn't give me a receipt. I have to get that from you. I did pay for the room when booked.
