I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and it never disappoints, friendly staff, and the hotel is so clean, and smells amazing. This is my favorite hotel and feels like a home away from home every time we stay.

The staff was good. The room was not. The wall thermostat was disconnected so we could not regulate the temperature in the room from the heat/ac unit. Knowing the temperature in the room would have helped. The tv remote was broken. There was a horrible chemical smell coming from the hallway carpet outside getting into the room.
