Black Mold in the bathroom, dirt that was caked on the floor, fridge that wasn't cleaned in years, smelled very musty, AC that the worker had to play with it, for it to turn on. There was no hot water in our room, it was infested with ants, breakfast was always empty and very little selection, hallways smelt terribly bad like smoke despite it being a nonsmoking facility. Was charged an extra $50 fee for nothing. No response from management.

In the area for a couple months for work. This hotel is one of the least expensive in the area while still offering everything you really need. They also have a basic free breakfast every morning, complete with a Belgian waffle station. Decent little workout room. For a 2-star hotel, it is a nice one that I can recommend, especially at the price they offer!

The customer service was horrible. Jay and the manager have NO business etiquette for proper customer service skills. The beds are too soft. The pillows are too soft. The phone in the room didn’t even work. The TV barely had any channels on it to look at TV. This was not a very comfortable state for me.

Overall, this hotel was, at least once, a very nice place. However, it now seems like everything is worn out. The pool is closed, drained and out of order. The carpet all looks very worn out. There is a little bit of rust near the edges of the bathroom fixtures. The hotel breakfast has a very limited selection. This hotel could use a full renovation.

The room was okay the shower was cold there was mold on the callings the dresser in the room was broken so you couldn’t put your clothes in the dresser even if you could the bed wasn’t comfy at all. Breakfast wasn’t good I thought they would change it up from a week day to and weekend but that didn’t they only had yogurt waffles and oatmeal
