Great hotel in Harrisburg. We stayed the night as we were passing through. Breakfast buffet in the morning and a gym and pool were available but we did not use them.

We had room #315 suite and with the exception of stains on the carpet and ripped mattres on pull out sofa, the room was spacious fairly clean and affordable. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday on Memorial weekend.

This Best Western was the lowest quality one we have ever stayed at. Best Western for us has normally been reliable for cleanliness and breakfast. The room was nice but, after packing up after our 4-night stay, we found garbage and food under the bed and pull-out couch that were definitely not ours. The toilet paper being behind the toilet is stupid, I don't know why any hotel thinks it's a good idea. The breakfast each day got worse with food items not being available and equipment not working correctly or at all. And on a rainy day my wife slipped and fell on the ramp outside the doors. The Assistant GM was helpful in ensuring she was OK and filing a report. Just be warned the finish on the concrete makes things very slippery when wet! Certainly not planning on staying at this property ever again and the experience has certainly tarnished our opinion of Best Western properties. A note was left for the GM.

Disappointed.

When I arrived the computers were down and it took extra time to get checked in. My room had an overpowering smell of cleaning fragrance. The shower door was difficult to open and close and a piece of the door was neatly waiting for me under a folded towel. The fitness room lacked useful equipment and was stiflingly hot.
