This was our first time at a Best Western. Everything was okay except one employee who seemed annoyed when asking her questions or for more towels. But the manager was great, and my overall experience wasn't bad.

I didn't like the check in process Its seem that the person that checked me in was not fully trained and extremely annoying and repainting information that she said multiple times The process should take less than 3 min took 10 minutes and more. As now its might be my reason not to come back . Other than that hotel room is good but outdated. Many outlets did not work

The stay was fine and the continental breakfast was excellent. Only issue was we got to our room and there were no towels and the curtains really need to be able to close--we had a parking lot light shining in our room all night.

This hotel is a great choice for the value. Our room was clean and spacious & the beds were very comfy. There was some highway noise as we were on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was great and easy on/off the highway. We'd stay again!

Pretty good for the price

This hotel was pretty good for the price. The room was not luxurious, but it was clean. There was limited equipment at the gym, but it was mostly in working order. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing that I didn’t like was how loud the cleaning staff were. They gathered together in a large group and we’re speaking very loudly, although it is possible that I just happened to arrive around the end of their shift when they were finishing up their work.
