I have been happy to stay at this hotel on five or six occasions over the last two years - always clean, staff always friendly and helpful, pleasant breakfast scene in the morning, convenient and safe location, very reasonably priced - personally couldn't ask for anything more !

Check-in was smooth and liked the spacious clean room. The agent at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. However, the heating unit was very loud and rattled all night :( If the unit was quieter, this quick stay-over would have been even better.

The room was nice and clean! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. The handle came a loose from the ball in the commode tank and I called the front desk but couldn't get an answer. I showed it to the lady from Housekeeping and she went and got maintenance right away. Maintenance came quickly to fix it. The different ladies that were at the front desk while I was there were nice as well I stayed for 4 nights.

We had a problem with the sink in our room and when we told the gentleman at the front desk, he said there was no one there that could fix it and what did it matter we would be gone all day. When we got back, we told the person at the front desk and she said because we had the do not disturb on our door no one can enter. No one told us this we would’ve taken the do not disturb off the door. She said all I can do is move you to another room and we said well we need a sink. She acted like it was our fault. Then we were removed to a room that was incredibly warm all night long. We have stayed here every year at this time for business. We will not be staying here again. In the first room, the towels were thread, bear, and the sheets and comforter in the one bed were not clean, along with the sink issue. The other room was the temperature of the room, and the comforter had blood spots on it.

Have been here previously but this time had a few issues - hair on the tub surround, body wash container was empty, bath towel threadbare, breakfast sausage dry, coffee was a step above instant. However this hotel is in a convenient location with restaurants close by.
