Easy check in and check out. The hot water was not working but it was no big issue. Hotel was clean and so was the outside area. Free washer and dryers.

The staff was super courteous. We had problems with the booking but the staff worked with us and got it resolved. The room was very clean. Only issue was the shower. The water was not contained to the shower and the bathroom floor kept getting flooded. Alfo there were 4 of us, but only towels for 2.

The room was hot when made front office aware of AC tuning on they advised me to flip wall plug around. I asked for a different room they advised they were full and could not which me to a different room. So now I’m with no other options due to not having enough money to spend on a second room.

The cleanliness of this hotel was a 0 out of 10. Do not believe the pictures. The hotel smells of a mold stench and the rooms are rough. We found a bed bug and there was holes in the wall of the restrooms. The staff was accommodating but only to the best of their ability.

We did not stay and were told I would get a refund but that has yet to be shown. The room was not clean upon arrival and because we also had a baby with us we chose to go elsewhere. We were not offered an additional room, automatically their answer was ok we will refund you and let us leave.

Appreciated that they let our family gather in the lobby space for get together for a while. Our reservation indicated three adults at the room. We only had two bath towels in the room and had to go down to the lobby to get more. There was indication some pest control was needed. Overall, our stay was good

We went for a 2 night stay. Our room 214 smelled clean and was tidy. Upon using the toilet, we realized after flushing that the water would run constantly so my husband had to keep fixing the flap inside the tank. We complained but the young man at the front desk said someone would be in the next day to repair toilet. During the night I woke up to go to restroom only to stand on carpet that was wet and very soggy next to the A/C unit. We requested the name of owner/manager. We wanted to leave but they would not give us a refund but instead offered a different room. We moved and all seemed okay but upon returning from an event the room smelled musty, the sheets were rough and it felt humid even with A/C on. We survived the night and swore we’d never return.
