The room was great. Clean, well equipped, comfortable. We never saw a staff person. Used the electronic lock system, which worked fine after we figured it out.

It is a good concept for some travellers but not one i ever experienced and hesitate to use the hospitality word too freely. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. Sounds easy but its not when you don't have the information and have been travelling from Tuscany all day and are in another hire car to get used to. Maybe it works for some but not for me - I prefer a proper hotel with people present....
