Bad hotel experience

Very poor customer care. I reached late in the evening , no direct phone number to call and talk. Auto check in kiosk is a waste as the details entered was not accepted . Hotel had a different number so room allocation was not done automatically . For the price of euro 99 it is not worth it . Stay away in a decent hotel.

Substandard hotel

Dirty linen, carpet, rolette in the room. No kattle, no ventilation other then to open the window facing motorway. 3 common showers and 3 toilets for 20 3-bedroom rooms, dirty with damaged fittings, with blocked access. otos can be provided on tequest.

Die Lage ist erschreckend... da bekommt man ja angst! Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig...extrem dreckig und heruntergekommen.... muss man nicht nochmal haben....
