Pesima experiencia

Experiencia pesima. Dificil acceso y cuando llegamos no tenian habitaciones y bos enviaron a otro lugar segun ellos cercano y debimos pagar el taxi 30 euros. Nunca mas y no lo recomendamos, solo de ver el lugar no tiene relacion con el precio. Importante Uds. pongan cuidado con estos establecimientos-

Wegen “technischen Problemen” würde ich zum Glück in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert. Was an der Rezeption gesehen und gerochen habe, hat mir auch schon genügt.

Hotel con camere schifose

Al Check in il personale non aveva la mia prenotazione mentre da Hotels mi era arrivata conferma. Comunque il personale ha rimediato un camera per il periodo di soggiorno. La camera però non aveva tende alla finestra che era a piano terra quindi chiunque passava poteva guardare dentro. La porta che dava direttamente sulla strada e non su un cortile interno aveva una serratura scomoda. Bagno sporco, trovato 3-4 ragni tendina della doccia vecchia e sporca e lo spruzzino era aggiustato con fil di ferro a vista. Il WC perdeva acqua ad ogni flush. Colazione ok se non altro. Speso 99 Euro a notte. Non mi sarei mai aspettato che Hotels avesse nel suo repertorio hotel così disastrati.

Ganz übel...

Schmutzig, Abfälle der vorigen Gäste liegen überall herum, Spinnweben überall, bröckelnder Putz, 4 Personen aber nur 3 Garnituren Bettzeug, Personal macht die Zimmer schon für die nächsten Gäste fertig, obwohl wir noch im Raum sind. Dabei werden die Garnituren aber nicht abgezogen, sondern in unserem Beisein lediglich zusammengelegt und glattgestrichen. Frühstück mit verbrannten Aufbackbrötchen, Dosenwurst und Haaren in den Puddingschälchen. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, nicht mal für eine Nacht. Absolut widerlich...

Hotell lignet en forfallen bakgård

Da vi ankom dette hotellet så var dørene låst, og vi fikk ikke kontakt med personalet via telefon nummeret som var oppgitt på døren. Det eneste var en svarer hvor vi skule legge igjen en beskjed. Det så svært lite tilfredsstillende utvendig og i alle fall ikke slik dere presenterer dette hotellet på deres web side. Det ble besluttet å ikke gjør så mye med dette og vi bestilte nytt hotell i Hannover. Jeg forventer at jeg ikke blir trukket fra min konto. Jeg har også sendt dere en mail som dere ikke har svart på så jeg tviler sterkt på om jeg kommer til å bruke Hotels.com flere ganger.

Hold jer væk fra dette sted

Ligner en nedrivningsklar ejendom. Beskidt, visne blomster overalt, mørkt og beskidte gardiner. Dette i reception/spisesal. Ingen personer til at tage imod en alt låst og ingen svar på telefonen. Endelig kommer en fedladen herre i beskidt habit jakke og indlogerer os. Vi ender længere ned af vejen i en, hvad jeg vil kalde ombygget garage, hvor nr. på værelse er skrevet med tus på døren. I værelset findes to stole, et lille bord og en tv samt en seng som formentlig skulle ligne en himmelseng. Et håndklæde til deling til to personer samt under 1/2 rulle toiletpapir, som man så kan forsøge at dele. Vi kunne kun få morgenmad kl 8 selvom vi på det tidspunkt var kørt på udstilling med vores hunde, intet tilbud fra ejeren om at det kunne flyttes. Vi havde desværre betalt 1200,- kr på forhånd for to overnatninger, men valgte at køre fra stedet efter den første, da det var helt igennem ubeskriveligt ringe, så vi nærmest ikke kunne gøre andet end at grine af det. Det hedder bed and breakfast og vi har aldrig nogensinde set noget så ringe. Ikke engang en kop kaffe kunne vi købe på stedet, trods det at der var noget som skulle ligne en bar og et spisekort, men det er nok rigtig mange år siden det er blevet brugt sidst. Vi fraråder på det kraftigste andre, at leje sig ind dette sted og synes at hotel.com bør tage uanmeldt ud til stedet og tjekke det, inden andre lander i samme situation som os. Vores penge er direkte spildte og øv øv

Nette Pension in Messegelände-Nähe

Schöne Pension, nettes Pensionsteam, 50 Minuten Gehweg bis zum Messegelände, welches auch mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen ist. Unterkunftspreis verhältnismäßig teuer, aber zu Messezeiten leider nicht unüblich.

Einzig, das Frühstück war ok!

Wir waren im Gästehaus außerhalb des Gasthofes untergebracht. Das Bett lag genau neben der Badtüre, welches ohne Fenster war. Im Bad war Schimmel an den Wänden und in den Fugen der Dusche und am Waschbecken. Das war deutlich durch die Badezimmertüre zu riechen. Ich mochte dort morgens nicht duschen. Nur eine "Katzenwäsche" am Waschbecken und schnell wieder hinaus. Wir könnten auch beobachten, weil wir nach dem wirklich guten Frühstück, noch einmal in das Zimmer mussten, daß die Betten nicht frisch überzogen wurden. In der Zwischenzeit war nämlich eine Reinigungskraft zugange, die einfach die Betten gemacht hatte..wohlgemerkt mit unserer gebrauchten Bettwäsche! Schade, ich habe in dieser Nacht nicht gut geschlafen und im Nachhinein graut mir noch davor.

Tråkig upplevelse.

Extremt lyhört, Inget schampoo i duschen. I sängen kunde man känna fjädrarna. Torftig frukost. Allt detta kunde jag ha tagit om det inte var för den otrevlige portieren. Det hade av någon anledning blivit strul med betalningen. Ekonomiavdelningen skickade mail med betalningsuppgifter och såg till att pengarna fördes över till deras konto men han ville inte ens se kvittona. Han läste inte ens mailen han fick. Han krävde oss på depositionsavgifter och kopierade passen och var allmänt otrevlig. De hade dessutom bokat in samma namn flera gånger så de krävde oss på betalning för 3 rum fast vi var 2 personer.

Die Reservierung wurde mit Kreditkarte /sofortige Bezahlung gemacht - vor Ort musste nochmal bezahlt werden, die Kreditkarte wird hoffentlich nicht belastet. Der Preis war dann auch ein anderer - ein Durcheinander - unprofessionelle Abwicklung seitens des Hoteliers.
