車を止めてすぐに迎えに来てくださり荷物を持ってくださったり、近くの滝などを散策して戻った際にもお出迎えをしてくださる等、サービスがとても行き届いていたように感じました。 お食事も美味しく、とても満足でした。

千秋閣、花巻、紅葉館の３つのホテルのお風呂が共通利用できました。 食事はビュッフェタイプなので好きな物を好きなだけ食べられるので家族連れが多かったように感じました。 私もステーキや蟹をついつい食べ過ぎて体重が瞬間的に70kgの大台に乗ってしまいました。

夕食、朝食ともにバイキング方式にされていることは、合理的な対応だと思います。 できればテーブルの間に仕切りがあれば、プライバシーを守ることができるでしょう。 また、お風呂に濡れタオルを持ち帰るビニル袋が用意されていたことでも助かりました。 スタッフの皆さんの努力には敬服します。

總覺得以這價位來說可以表現的更好

一開始是期待去泡三個館的溫泉，沒想到三個館的溫泉都有點小，房間是挺舒適的，可惜以溫泉旅館而言有些不符合期待

花巻駅からタクシーで２７６０円はあまりにも不便。周りに何もなし。ここをキーに２泊し盛岡や中尊寺に出かけたのは間違いだった。 値段の割に部屋が狭く、建物が旧式。イベントも陳腐。
