Cozy Cottage with Guest House, Gazebo and Deck
Cozy Cottage with separate guest house in the country near Abita Brewery, wineries, Lake Ponchartrain, and a short drive to New Orleans. This historic barge board cottage on private property has a covered gazebo, wraparound screened-in porch, outdoor deck and walking paths through the woods to see foliage, squirrels, and birds. Great place to experience the beauty of the wooded landscape and get away from it all. Ample parking. Nice set up for guests who need two separate areas. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or something simple to enjoy on the deck or screen porch. There are four bedrooms: two in the main house and two in the guest house. The main house front bedroom contains a double bed to accommodate two guests and the back bedroom offers a queen bed for two guests. There are three twin beds in the guest house to accommodate three guests. Both buildings have a full bath.
