This large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom apartment really ticks all the boxes, there is a large living area and balcony overlooking the complex swimming pool, to go with a fully equipped kitchen making it the entertainer's dream. It is built over 2 levels so the family can really spread out!  

The apartment has a really nice naturally bright feel to it, with large windows throughout. Located on the exclusive northern side of the Island, it is the perfect spot to relax. 
A complimentary golf buggy is included, perfect for the short drive over to the marina and beach.

Property is adequate but needs cleaning. Tv remote does not work, glass sliding doors broken, kettle did not work, carpets ripped, dryer does not work.
