There was an issue when we checked in the room was not fit to stay in after the previous guests. While this was not resolved initially by staff a follow up with management was very satisfactory. We have had a previously great experience so will let that be the key driver in our decision next time.

The park is a 5 minute walk to shops and eateries. It is only a couple of blocks away from the Te Awa bike track which makes for nice walking. The unit was well equipped and comfortable

The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient.
