I can honestly say I have never stayed at a hotel that has been so accommodating the staff are seriously next level ! So helpful and friendly and also special mention to the doormen also who are so attentive and smile every day :) I will be coming back next time I am in Hanoi and will reccomend to all my friends back at home in Australia !

THis place felt somewhat past it best period. The rooftop bar was not well utilized and the service was average. The Jacuzzi was nice but not private (ok though since the rooftop bar was not occupied). The staff were not very helpful except for one delightful lady staff member who really bent over backwards to help - wish I knew her name - Thankyou!

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"
