The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.

Great hotel in a wonderful location close to Lake Kiem and able to walk easily around the old town or book a grab if going further. Delicious breakfast and super kind and friendly staff. A great first experience in Hanoi - that I would book again when I return

Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.
