Excellent communication and airport transfer.
Room was spacious and clean, restaurant and beach access was incredibly convenient.
TV reception was spotty, and my room had a feint unpleasant smell from bathroom one night. This was fixed the next day, though.

All the staff were delightful. The kids club and its staff deserves a special mention. The activities were great and the staff were so kind and friendly. My daughter loved it so much.
