Das Schiff und die Kabinen sind groß und in Ordnung, die Einrichtung ist aber auch schon etwas abgenutzt. Der Anspruch entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Preis (2 ÜN mehr als 700 Euro) und der Leistung. Das erste Mittagsbüffet war noch die beste Mahlzeit. Furchtbar waren die beiden abendlichen sogenannten Menüs: kaum Geschmack und durchwachsenes Rindfleisch als "Steak". Überalll in Vietnam haben wir besser gegessen als dort. Wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Dazu kommen die völlig überhöhten Weinpreise. Der Tagesausflug auf die Insel war dagegen sehr schön und das Mittagessen dort richtig gut. Der Ausflug am letzten Tag morgens in die Höhle - das Highlight - wurde zu spät gestartet. Wir mußten deshalb lange anstehen bis die Ruderboote von der ersten Runde zurück waren. Und wegen des nun niedrigen Wasserstandes ging es nur dann einmal auf den See und wieder zurück, weil jetzt die Durchfahrt durch die Höhle nicht mehr möglich war. Da wäre man besser im Bett liegen geblieben. Der Transfer vom Schiff dorthin dauert nur 5 Minuten, das war einfach schlechte Planung und Organisation. Ich würde weder die Heritage und noch ein anderes Hotel-Schiff für die Halong-Bucht empfehlen. Lieber ein nettes Hotel in der Bucht nehmen und sich ein "privates" Boot für Ausflüge suchen.
