We were genuinely very impressed with Hotel Botanik Myeongdong. When our taxi first dropped us off, we were actually a little unsure about the entrance, as the ground-floor lift lobby is quite small. But once you reach the reception level, you start seeing how good this hotel really is. Check-in was smooth and easy. We stayed for six days in a two-bedroom room. The rooms aren’t huge, but everything is very cleverly planned and laid out. We had a living area, plenty of storage, washing machine, dryer and electric cooktop. There were no cooking utensils initially, but when I asked, the staff arranged cookware and cutlery very quickly. The main bedroom had a queen bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom worked perfectly for our daughter. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Every evening when we returned after a long day out, the room had been cleaned and tidied beautifully. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were attentive and helpful with all our queries, including arranging our airport taxi. They also have a reasonably priced luggage-storage facility. The location is excellent. Myeongdong is lively, convenient and close to many tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, we were totally impressed. Next time we visit Korea, I think we already know where we want to stay!

Amazing!!! Secret lotte world entrance was great! And everyone was so friendly, room was cleaned to perfection and the location is just perfect!!
