They have a nice pool and hot tub. They also have a little park area that they have set up with a fire pit and corn hole games. Just a nice added touch!

We just needed a place to sleep to break up our drive. The grounds of the motel are lovely with a grassy area surrounded by evergreens. The bed was comfortable. The black out curtains were fabulous. The AC only worked on high and was very noisy but not super cold. The bathroom is small but clean and efficient. The room was surprisingly really quiet. Breakfast is typical - bacon, eggs, make your own waffles and other high sugar/high carb items. A good option for a night.

Super friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful staff - when I had trouble with the dryer, the manager was friendly and understanding. Even though it was early evening she called the maintenance guy who came promptly and helped me out with a smile.

The room was small, and the bathroom smaller, but the staff kept it clean and it was fairly quiet. There was daily jet traffic to the airport, and the occasional loud truck/motorcycle on the highway but we turned on the AC fan and it did not bother us. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. We did spend most evenings relaxing in some comfortable chairs outside. If you are looking for a luxury resort, this is not your place. But, if you want a clean room in a pet friendly environment, you will be pleased with this inn

I paid $326 for a 2-bed queen room. The place is not worth $326! I went to modify my room...called Tomichi. They had one room left, and I had to go through Expedia. So, I called Expidia. They had both of us on the line and said this was the best they could do. When I arrived, the counter attendant said I wish you had called me back. I could have gotten you a better rate. I have pictures of the bathroom...it is no Hilton. Taking advantage of parents going to their child's graduation is not cool. Go somewhere else just on principle.

Great experience. In addition to the hot tub and swimming pool, the property also had a community fire pit and corn hole boards where unfamiliar guests would come together and become familiar.

We were pleasantly surprised by this last minute hotel option. We were rained out of our camp site and found this cute hotel on the outskirts of Gunnison. The rooms are comfortable (outdated slightly, but not dirty at all) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were wonderful. The surrounding property is clean with space for kids and dogs to roam and have fun. I would absolutely choose this location for a future stay.

3 Pros, 16+ Cons

Pros: The exterior grounds were quaint and well maintained. Courtyard park and fire pit encouraged socializing. Continental breakfast was decent, and kept clean and supplied. Cons: At 2:55 pm on check in day we had to wait 20 min. because a hostess arrived to check us and 3 other patrons in. Motel is located in the direct path of the airport...very noisy. Room was very unclean. Carpet in the corner of the rooms were a different color than the rest with dust from not being vacuumed. There was pubic hair in the bathroom, on the floor, around the toilet, and in the tub. There was no Kleenex in the tissue box. Only a 1/2 roll of TP was supplied with no extra roll in the room. The room smelled of smoke. Occupants were allowed to smoke cigarettes directly outside of their door within 2' of the motel. Base board heat did not work...went to adjust it and the thermostat fell off the wall. When we turned on the heat function on the wall mini split unit, it filled the room with smoke and smelled like when a moth flies into a bug zapper and sizzles to ash. The room was darkly lit. One of the bed side lamps flickered constantly. The caulking around the tub was moldy or completely missing. There was daylight around the exterior door from poor or missing weather stripping. On the day of checkout, even though we had placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door and even though check out is not till 11am, housekeeping knocked and tried to enter while we were still in bed and undressed at 8am.

The hotel was a bit run down and could use a facelift. The property was fine; outdoor seating and games. The pool and hot tub were functional but also could use some investment. It was safe but not within walking distance or town.

Breakfast was good. There was a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. But the property was old and outdated. The room with the toilet and shower was very cramped, the lighting above the bathroom sink was terrible, I think a candle could have put out more light. I don’t know if it’s in such a remote location that they’re able to charge so much for one night midweek but $250 was terribly overpriced in my opinion. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for $80.
