This studio provided enough room for our family and small dog. It had all the amenities needed for a week long visit to the Gunnison Valley and was walkable to town, nearby parks, and the VanTuyl trails. Great use of a smaller space, we’ll definitely consider staying again.

The property was well described in the listing. It was overall pretty clean with some small exceptions (ceiling fan was visibly dusty and vent in the bathroom was also pretty bad). It was overall very comfy and quiet. A great place for a couple to get away!

Nice clean studio! As with all mountain towns there is no central air conditioning, the window fan and ceiling fan made it comfortable in a few minutes. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! It’s a short walk to the “Powerstop”. Great burgers and brews! Great pricing for the time of year! This will be the first place I look up the next time I’m in town.
