Third Floor:

This private house is perfect for multi-family vacations, with ample space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy. However, this home is not a good fit for spring breakers and other college-age groups. Primary renters must be over 27 years of age to book.

Important Information:

Renters must be over 27 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. Sorry, NO college or spring break groups! NO SMOKING. Linens are included on all beds, but please bring your own beach towels. Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive a "starter pack" of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation fee is 10% on the base rate before fees; then, between 120 to 179 days prior to scheduled arrival, the first payment of 25% is non-refundable, and under 120 days prior to scheduled arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Trip insurance can be added during the booking process for 6.9%.
