Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (the pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.
This beautifully appointed condo is situated towards the street side of the property. While the property sits directly on the beach, and you can walk straight onto the sand from the parking lot. From your condo, you are a few steps away from a fabulous Gulf view. A simple walk down the communal balcony will take you to terrific views of the landscaped pool area and the fabulous Gulf waters!

Excellent choice for a place to stay!
I can’t say enough good about this place and Bender Realty. The condo was just perfect. Right on the beach and it was spotless! Very nice. And checkin was almost too east. And, we were there for Hurricane Sally so the stay wasn’t pleasant but it had nothing to do with the condo. We were there one day before Sally hit and it was very scary and then we lost power and water. And we couldn’t leave because of all the damage on the roads. It was horrible. Banded Realty called to check on us!!! I will always use Bender Realty and stay at Sandpiper Cove.

Quiet and clean condo
Condo has direct access to the beach without needing to cross the street. Parking was plentiful. There are not a lot of units in the condo, making it a quiet place. Would stay here again in the future.
