This gated resort community features a brand-new spa with indoor swimming pool, steam, sauna, exercise room with weights, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas and the Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining. Enjoy private sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. Activities available for all ages make it the perfect family getaway! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus you're just a 13 mile drive from all of the great restaurants and family attractions that Gulf Shores offers!
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably so there's room for the whole family! Owner has just completed an extensive remodel summer 2022! Awesome and comfortable furniture and mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite has queen size bed, with queen bed in guest room as well. Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property.
