Everybody was really nice. I was surprised they didn't refresh the towels daily and I felt they were too spare in towel provision. There is only 2 towels in a room for 2 days?

Clean, updated and I felt like it was a great location and very safe area for me and my daughter. The reason I can’t give a 4/5 star review is because we had room 211 on 2nd floor. It was the first room next to the elevators. I was consistently woken from my sleep by the extremely loud elevators, and the sound of what seemed like people stomping. (People walking on the 3rd floor) this was allllll night. Made for being extremely tired the next day. Otherwise I will say that the beds were pretty pleasantly comfortable. Our room was clean. It did have kind of a musty odor to it? But I would stay there again. I’d request a room NOT close to the elevator and perhaps on the 3rd floor?

We arrived on Sunday evening. We did not request cleaning of the room on Monday. On Tuesday, we requested cleaning, the staff came in, gave us towels and made up the bed but did not touch the restocking of toilet paper or soap. On Wednesday, we didn’t get any attention to the room so we had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and ask where we should put our garbage, front desk staff said he would be down to get it. Nick, at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good. We did not use the pool which is outdoors. Conveniently located to many restaurants and activities.
