The room was extremely clean. There were a lot of options for breakfast however, when we went, it was extremely busy and they didn’t do a great job replenishing. But the staff was amazing and very friendly.

Pros: Room was very clean, our room had 15 ft ceiling, which was nice. Staff was quick and efficient during checkin. Proximity to OWA is very close if that is what you are looking for. Cons: breakfast quality was quite poor, as well as the performance of breakfast staff. Things like hot water simply wouldnt be replaced once empty. Major Con: the OWA water park was listed as an included amenity in the pictures. This is the primary reason we selected this more expensive hotel over a beach hotel. Instead we had to pay $60 a person to access this amenity. Incredibly deceptive practice, and frankly screams lawsuit for false advertisement. Had the water park been included, or clearly communicated as not an included amenity I would not have been so dissapointed. Instead they seem to purposefully mislead families into booking a more expensive hotel.

Hotels.com advertising is false on the water park that is NOT a hotel ammenity. The hotel would not cancel our last day and hotels.com refused to reimburse for 1 day. The water park is an additional cost.we weren't prepared for and could not take kids that were promised to.

The room type I booked through Expedia was given to another guest, and the queen bed was replaced with a sofa bed. There was no proper bedding, and a family member became unwell as a result.

This place was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—super close to the waterpark and everything at OWA. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
