Perfect for going to theater events

Perfect location, nice front desk, beautiful and clean room. Only issue was the room smelled a little state, like it has not been used or air conditioned in a while. We always carry Lysol and that took care of it.

Good hotel for a trip to Owa!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was ok but was very busy and items ran out quickly. The rooms were nice but the beds were very stiff and the shower could have been cleaned better. Overall was a convenient hotel for our Owa trip and thankful for the amenities.

The TV in the room did not work when I arrived. It got “fixed” but still did not work well. There were cockroaches in the kitchenette drawers and the bathroom, toilet specifically, had not been properly cleaned. When discussed with front desk and asked if I could switch rooms, was told no other rooms were available though I was only one of 6 people seeming to stay there.

Beautiful hotel. The room smelled strongly of fresh linens. We loved how close it was to all the fun at OWA. Can’t wait to go back.

Refrigerator didn’t close or get cold ! The body wash and conditioner was empty ! The breakfast wasn’t good at all when telling the front desk at checkout agin about the fridge for the second time and about the body wash and conditioner we was made to feel it was our fault! Also our piece of crap neighbors dog barked all nite and morning the front desk didn’t care !! How would it be our fault the maid didn’t do their job ? Not even an apologies for the dog or the fridge or the soap !!! Won’t ever stay at this place again

Great family location!

We had a great stay but at breakfast there was not anything I could eat. No gluten free options (celiac). If that’s not a problem for you then this is your place! We loved it! Still 5 stars but just had to add the gf part for those that have dietary limitations.

We booked this hotel and later called to verify our reservation. The hotel staff stated that they didn’t have our reservation information and didn’t have any open rooms. We tried to explain to them that the money had already been taken out of our account and have refused to provide a refund even though their staff told us they didn’t have our reservation.
