We loved our stay! The location is great, walking distance to The Hangout and lots of souvenir shops. The condo was well supplied with tons of pots, pans, and cookware. The rooms were spacious, and the layout worked really well to maximize space. We never had to wait very long on the elevator, and there were carts available to get suitcases and groceries to our condo with ease. The beds were comfy and there were tons of options to watch television, if you have the patience to mess with it a little to figure things out. We had no complaints at all and highly recommend this property.

Pros: good amount of space, good beds, directly on the beach, great balcony, big kitchen, beautiful view, tastetful beach decor, perfect for a family of 4 with teenagers, easy check in/check out, friendly staff on property, easy to find location, good communicationCons: older property, some rusted bathroom fixtures, no peephole on front door, sounded like toilet ran constantly (sounded like the tank filled up every 5 minutes all day & night,) would be very very busy during peak season due to location and proximity to public beach (this was not a problem for October!)Overall we had a very nice relaxing fall getaway!

Great experience! Host was absolutely great to rent from. Perfect location! Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view! Condo was very clean, spacious, and had all the necessities. Plenty of parking. Building staff were very friendly and the building and grounds were kept clean daily. Definitely would rent again. Very nice condo

Perfect location. Smaller complex which helps keep the beach less crowded. Condo is very comfortably furnished. At the end of the hallway. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony is kind of small by it’s ok for 2 people. My only complaint is paying 50 for parking.

This property was perfect! We absolutely love the location—right on the ocean, within walking distance of shops, the city park and restaurants. The condo was spotless and very welcoming.
