John & Lisa made our stay wonderful. It felt like we were staying with old friends! Their home is beautiful inside & out. Overall, this was the best B&B we have stayed at. The breakfast was Amazing! Such a breath of fresh air to stay in a place that felt like home. And what a beautiful home at that! My mom stayed here in the 1980s and we wanted to retrace her steps. Couldn't have had a better experience. Guilford, ME is a treasure and should become a destination spot when visiting the North Woods!

Simply amazing!

What a fantastic place to stay. The owners clearly put their heart and soul into this place. The entire house is well appointed with period furnishings. The bed in the Isabella room was one of the most comfortable I of which I have had the pleasure of sleeping. Breakfast was outstanding, as well. I would stay here again without hesitation.

off to a great start

New owners working hard to maintain a tradition of excellence for this lodging. Facility is beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained. Owners pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast great. Airconditioning a plus in this area were most B&Bs lack it. A gem of a place in an area where high-quality lodging at a reasonable price is scarce.
