We had a wonderful stay here! The location right next to the river was beautiful and made for a scenic, relaxing experience. The stay at this Motel was absolutely wonderful. Quit area, other a train noise once, the river view was pretty! The room was very clean and very large for our party of 6. We had more then enough room for all of us to sleep. The only thing we found was the pull out bed was not very comfortable. We will be staying here again, this year and next. Staff very helpful and friendly.

So glad we were able to find this cute little place. It is a no frills older hotel, which are the ones I love to find and support!! It is well maintained, nice view of the river, and close to everything. Jane was very helpful with recommendations and there if anything was needed. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Recommend to anyone who loves these nostalgic hard to find places anymore.

Milford Motel On The River is located along the bank of the Penobscot River. The deck is located on the back at the river. Drinking my chai in the morning I watched ducks, eagles, merlins and geese. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a nice sleep. The recliner was also comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I stayed with my two children (28 and 14) who also enjoyed their stay at the apartment.
