On arrival Reception and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean although a little utilitarian. Coffee machine and tea machine very welcome. The main complaint is with the shower - mildew, black mould, broken tiles, very dirty shower door. Shower did not drain, due to the collection of hair and dirt in the drainage pipe (which I cleaned as I didn’t want family members to stand in dirty water whilst having a shower!). Hope this helps to improve matters.

Big clean room, nice beds and huge TV. Tiles in bathroom are a bit old and stained. Floor tiles chipped. But mostly a good stay.
