BEAUTIFUL, LARGE AND COZY HOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH, GATED COMMUNITY, SWIMMING POOL, BARBECUE

House with 4 bedrooms, two double suites and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom between them. Suites have balconies and all rooms are air conditioned. The play area features a waterfall pool, a shallow end for children (the pool is cleaned throughout the stay at no cost to guests), barbecue, furnished "L" verandah, gated community with security guards on round shifts periodically, gatehouse with guardhouse and all its extension surrounded by walls. In the condominium administration there is a games room, a soccer court, wifi, bicycle rental service, playground, restrooms and showers in front. The condominium concierge is 500 meters from Pernambuco Beach, one of the best beaches in Guarujá. The Jardim Pernambuco II condominium is small and quiet and the house is the last one on 4th Street, which guarantees guests a comfortable and very private stay. The streets are clean and tree lined, with a wooded entrance next to the house.
The pool leisure area and front suite overlook mountains and Atlantic rainforest. The beach of Pernambuco has tents with chair and umbrella service, which avoids the worry or need to take any structure to stay on the beach, besides being a beautiful beach, surrounded by mountains and very well frequented. The house is very suitable for family celebrations. Children and pets are always welcome.

Hospedagem maravilhosa!

Fomos passar o Feriado de Tiradentes no imóvel da Lívia. Tudo muito limpo, a casa é completa, tem tudo na cozinha, na área da churrasqueira e nos quartos. O Condomínio é maravilhoso, fechado, rodeado de casas lindas. Tem regras importantes como música muito alta em qualquer horário, o que é bom pois dá para curtir escutando um som ambiente. A casa é enorme, tem quatro quartos dois com suites além de um banheiro para os outros dois quartos. A sala é gigante assim como a cozinha. Foi tudo maravilhoso e voltaríamos outras vezes como certeza.

Estive na casa da Lívia juntamente com minhas filhas, genros e netos no período de 27 à 30/01/2023 e foi tudo perfeito ! Casa extremamente limpa e aconchegante. Cozinha com muitos utensílios e eletrodomésticos. Sempre q tive alguma dúvida, tanto a Lívia como o caseiro Cícero me responderam prontamente ( ele inclusive, foi todos os dias da nossa estadia, limpar a piscina ). Anúncio corresponde exatamente ao q vcs, futuros hóspedes , irão encontar .

Passamos o réveillon na casa da Lívia e adoramos a experiência. A casa é ótima, limpa, completa com todos os utensílios necessários, louças e tudo que é necessário numa casa. A piscina e todas as acomodações são impecáveis! Tivemos flexibilidade no check in e check out e contato sempre rápido com a proprietária e caseiro que sempre estavam à disposição! A estadia foi boa, casa aconchegante e grande. Não tinha roupas de cama e toalhas mas a Livia emprestou tudo com muita gentileza. Só uma nota em relação a localização que tá errada no Google Maps, o condomínio fica no final da praia de Pernambuco, na saída de Guarujá.

Casa muito confortável e bonita. Piscina bem cuidada. Varanda com plantas lindas. Utensílios domésticos novos e limpos. As fotos retratam exatamente como é. Tudo de muito bom gosto e funcionando. A proprietária e o caseiro são cordiais e prestativos. Duas características não muito boas: a casa é totalmente aberta na lateral. Não tem muro nem cerca pra dar aquela sensação de segurança e privacidade. E fica bem distante da praia e do comércio. Tudo tem de ser feito de carro.

Nossa experiência foi excelente! A casa fica dentro de um condomínio super tranquilo e bem localizado, com total segurança e privacidade. O imóvel é bastante aconchegante, bonito, limpo e espaçoso (superou as expectativas). Quartos/suítes confortáveis com ar condicionado, churrasqueira e cozinha com todos os utensílios (incluindo purificador de água, airfryer, grill), piscina grande com bonito jardim e varanda com rede. A proprietária Lívia foi muito atenciosa e flexível. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar!
