Apto aconchegante tudo limpo, proprietária atenciosa, pessoal do condomínio também.
Tem mercado Carrefour bem na frente, próximo à praia tb, porém eu ia de carro por causa das crianças.

O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos. Super limpo...com aparência de tudo novinho. Contém todos os utensílios de cozinha. Atendeu demais as minhas necessidades e a da minha família. Bem localizado, sem barulho. Praia muito boa e bem frequentada. Deixo aqui os meus agradecimentos a Andreia, secretaria da Sandra. O seu atendimento foi de uma excelência máxima.
Dicas: Como peguei muuuuuito calor o apartamento é quente demais, mas nada como bom ventilador para melhorar. Levem ventilador, pois os ventiladores de teto não dão conta!!!
