Muy mal, llegue a las instalaciones a las 8:40 pm, me dijeron que mi habitación ya se habia ocupado porque no realice el pago de anticipo, que me llego un correo donde se solicitaba este pago sin embargo lo busque y no contaba con el, no tenia ni notificación en la app al contrario me seguia apareciendo mi reserva normal, revise correos, la sra de recepción tatdo en salir a recibirnos y hizo un comentario a unas huespedes antes de nosotros que que bueno que habian llegado para retirarse, no nos dio solucion de nada, nisiquiera nos dijo que ya estaban todas la habitacionesocupadas hasta que nosotros preguntamos, ni recomendaciones que podiamos buscar o realizar, la puerta de ingreso estaba hasta dura para abrir y retirarnos de la recepción, tubimos que buscar otro hotel a esas horas y hacer todo el proceso nuevamente, al hacer recorrido en la ciudad nos dimos cuenta que el "Hotel pueblitos" si estaba muy retirado del centro, horrible experiencia.

Si recomiendo el hotel ya que está muy bien y el área donde se ubica está muy bonita, está en las afueras del centro pero todo está cerca ya que no es muy grande, lo único que recomiendo es que actualicen la dirección en el GPS ya que me envió a otro lado donde no era el hotel y que agreguen el número de celular para que pueda haber mejor comunicación ya que la recepción se queda sola mucho tiempo y no contestan el teléfono, la incertidumbre y la seguridad de saber que todo está bien es importante para el cliente y la comunicación es primordial.. el servicio bueno y las personas muy amables ... El área muy bonita, a un lado del parque llamado pastitos.

Son pesimas las habitaciones, sucio, no sirven los sanitarios, no cuenta con estacionamiento, personal del hotel pesimo, las camas son colchones sucios y viejos y no cuentan con base, el olor de los baños es desagradable, las regaderas no cuentan con agua caliente y siempre estan goteando, huele todo a humedad, no dan los suministros de habitacion como toallas, shampoo, jabon etc. Se deberia de eliminar de la pagina Expedia, porque no reune las condiciones de alojamiento, en general no lo recomiendo a nadie.

La única palabra que describe mi estancia es "estafa" ya que el cobro realizado no refleja la calidad del servicio que obtuve. 1. En la descripción mencionaba que el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y no es así. 2. El desayuno gratis es solo fruta con café. 3. La limpieza del cuarto fue pésima, polvo, telarañas y manchas sobre la cama. 4. Privacidad nula (la cortina era menos ancha que la ventana por lo que había una zona descubierta directamente orientada a mi cama) 5. No hay WiFi (ni con costo ni gratuito) 6. La descripción del hotel en la fachada del mismo dice "hotel boutique" y nada mas alejado de la realidad. 7. El costo de la habitación es demasiado elevado considerando lo que ofrece el hotel (yo no pagaría mas de 400 pesos por lo que obtuve). Considero que todos los hoteles tienen oportunidad de ofrecer su servicio y cada quien paga en medida de sus posibilidades para obtener el servicio y precisamente ese es el problema con este hotel. No habría ninguna queja si el cobro estuviera acorde con lo que ofrecen.

El hotel esta en malas condiciones sus instalaciones! El deshague es pésimo y eso provoca que se salga el agua de la del zona del baño e inunda la recamara convirtiendónde en una alberca! Afortunadamente los encargados del mantenimiento limpiaron y de varón de inmediato.

Caro y horrible..

Pesimo .. no es un hotel es un hostal abandonado alas fueras de la ciudad mienten en su pagina de wue tiene acceso al teatro juares queda muy lejos . No es verdad que tienen desayuno continental ni siquiera tenian agua para el cafe que no tenian presupuesto . Es una pena que engañen ala gente ..
